Scope of regulated services
- Statutory audit opinions are issued only by auditors licensed and registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy. SOMAK provides audit preparation support and coordinates with licensed auditors where an audit is required.
- Formal representation before the Federal Tax Authority is provided by FTA-registered tax agents. SOMAK provides tax consultancy and compliance coordination and works with registered tax agents where representation is required.
- SOMAK trades in genuine watches as an independent business. It is not an authorised dealer of, or affiliated with, any watch brand. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.
- Project management services relate to business and operational projects. SOMAK does not provide engineering design, construction supervision or other regulated technical services.
- SOMAK does not provide legal services and does not guarantee approvals by any government authority.
- Where an activity requires approvals or permits from other UAE authorities, these are obtained as applicable before the related service is delivered.
