Trade & Commercial Brokerage
Commercial Brokerage
Transaction-specific brokerage that brings buyers and sellers to agreement on defined goods and terms, with screening, negotiation support and transparent remuneration.
Commercial brokerage is about a specific deal: a defined quantity of goods, a price range, a delivery window and two parties who need a capable intermediary to close the gap between them. We act as a licensed commercial broker, presenting offers, testing terms and supporting negotiation until the parties reach agreement or decide not to proceed.
We are explicit about whom we represent and how we are paid, and we will not progress offers that cannot be verified. Before terms are finalised, we confirm that the parties and goods have been screened and that any permits required for the goods have been identified.
What's included
- Mandate definition: goods, quantity, price parameters and timing
- Verification of offers and counterparty credentials
- Sanctions and export-control screening of parties and goods
- Presentation of offers and counter-offers between parties
- Negotiation support on price, quality, delivery and payment terms
- Heads-of-terms preparation for review by the parties' advisers
- Handover to transaction coordination once terms are agreed
Important note
Brokerage does not guarantee that a transaction will close. Goods subject to sanctions, export controls or prohibitions will not be brokered, and goods requiring permits proceed only once the relevant approvals are confirmed by the parties.
Why it matters
Focused on closing
A defined mandate keeps discussions anchored to concrete goods, terms and timelines.
Verified offers only
Unsubstantiated offers and chains of intermediaries are filtered out early.
Transparent remuneration
Commission basis and payer are agreed in writing and disclosed to our client.
